Before and After School Care Guidelines

2022/2023

Before School Care

(Grades K-8) - 7:00 am until 7:45 am

After School Care

(Grades K-8) - 3:30 pm until 6:00 pm

Enrollment Fee- $25 per year per family

Every student utilizing Before and After School Care must register and pay the enrollment fee, regardless of the time of year the student begins attending or how many times a student stays. Before and After School Care Guidelines paper form and online enrollment through Orgsonline are required prior to staying for before and after school care.

Before School Care -

Option 1 Prepaid 20 Day Rate: $40.00 per student paid in advance(20 days)

Option 2 Prepaid 1 Day Rate:$3.00 per student paid prior to the day of stay(1 day)

Option 3 “Drop in” Rate:$4.00 a day per student paid the day of service (must be paid the day of service on orgsonline)

After School Care -

Option 1 Prepaid 20 Day Rate: $150.00 per student paid in advance(20 days)

Option 2 Prepaid 1 Day Rate: $10.00 per student paid prior to the day of stay(1 day)

Option 3 “Drop In” Rate: $15.00 a day per student paid the day of service(must be paid the day of service on orgsonline)

Note: Prepaid days and months are non-transferable. They are valid for only one child. Days are non-refundable.

Late Pick up Charges - $1/minute per child after 6:00 pm (Paid day of overage service)

Payment now required through our school-wide online payment system: www.orgsonline.com (You will be able to keep up with months and days purchased on your child’s “orgsonline.com” account.) If you do not have access to the internet please stop by the school office to use our kiosk.

NOTE: A “Convenience Fee” when added to the amount due, helps cover processing fees.

Drop in payment is required the day of service. No exceptions.

The safety of your children is a top priority of our program. In order to keep the children secure, parents/guardians must park in either parking lot and walk in and sign their children in/out each day when they arrive to drop off or pick up. Doors will be locked at all times and you will need to ring the bell to gain access to the inside of the building. Please come to the main office and ring the bell until 4:30 PM and after 4:30 PM go to the left side entrance and ring the bell.
